You've acquired the perfect lot, in the perfect location, and are now searching for the perfect ultra modern, ultra sleek New American style house plan to match. Well then look no further than this one story, three bedroom, two bath 2056 square foot estate. Here you will find a stately design replete with sloping shingles, crisp right angles, colossal open living area, and elegantly raised ceilings.
Needing a massive garage with side home entrance that is capable of comfortably containing three vehicles? This house plan has it. Need a master suite contained in a split bedroom design with a bedroom so large it redefines the word, "spacious?" It has that, too. Need a covered porch and a covered patio? Well...you get the idea.
